Home

Front & Side

It's a low-profile ranch home on a low-traffic corner lot, with a rustic fence on two sides. No steps required to reach front door. Conni is already planning to purge the ivy!

A level drive

The driveway is relatively level. Hidden behind Conni's Expedition is a concrete covered parking pad, and room for two more vehicle on a slag pad (notice VW covered on stone pad).

"Suite 100"

The first room you see in the house. We'll convert the formal living room into a luxury office for Magical Music Machine Entertainment.

New kitchen

A beautiful white kitchen with island and state-of-the-art appliances, water purifers, and lots & lots ofpantry & storage space, including a desk counter.

Interior overview

View from the stove - looking into the breakfast area and beyond into the sunken family room. The new master bedroom suite is in the rear. Plenty of space for sofas, entertainment unit, recliners & a 12' Christmas tree!

More Family Room

Lots of light - plenty of space

Spacious

More Family Room views - the space to the left of the stone fireplace should accommodate a piano or a large Christmas tree. Doors open to the deck - future home of an in-deck hot tub!

Bookshelves

A look at the step up into the dining area - separated by some beautiful built-in bookshelves. That's Conni and Carol Gullion, our realtor. (Call us for her number and e-mail addresss)

Master Bedroom

The new bedroom suite was just added on, and accommodates a huge bed and lots of furniture

High & Bright

Master suite features a skylight and high ceiling. No more sleeping until noon!

More bedroom

Lots of space in the master suite for dressers, tables & entertainment center.

Master Bath

Double vanity & sinks - plenty of dressing space, too!

Wow!

Unusually modern facilities in a 30-year-old home. Additions include a jacuzzi tub and extra-large shower. It's a bright, happy, comfortable bathroom.

Hallway

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, linen closet and access to the attic. Conni will add lighter paint after move-in, then add lots of wall hangings.

Come visit!

The guest bedroom is VERY large, and Conni will occasionally use it for sewing and crafts.

Guest bathroom

Located directly across the hall from the bedroom - features a separate changing area & private toilet/shower room.

Mathew's space

Mathew's bedroom features a private bathroom, a huge closet and built-in bookshelves. And it's far, far, far away from Mom & Dad's Master Suite.

Mathew bathroom

Take a good, long look at this photo - it may NEVER be this clean anymore.

Alex Bedroom

We'll place bunkbeds in this spacious room for Alex - leaving lots of play space for toy trains & horses.

Downstairs rocks!

We had to change our underwear upon reaching the bottom of the steps. HUGE room for recreatiuon - this section will feature TV, video games, couches, etc.

More Rec Room

The other half of the rec room will eventually accommodate a new pool table, but we'll place the air hockey game here after getting moved in!

Garage

Two-car garage with extra space in the rear. One garage bay will be used exclusively for equipment storage (where ping-pong table is located now).

Space, dude!

Garage will allow for easy loading and unloading of the equipment indoors - out of the elements. We won'tneed to carry washer or dryer upstairs. Easy access to backyard.

Backyard

A big, wide open backyard - good for volleyball, horseshoes, playforts, and a custom-made putting green for Dano! Deck is behind the bushes.

New deck

It's a BIG deck - perfect for an installed hot-tub. We'll probably build more stairs at the corner closest to the camera.

Servants quarters

In the backyard are THREE other buildings (the trampoline is going away!) - a workshop/storage building, a tree house, and .....

Alex-sized house!

A beautiful dollhouse, lovingly built for the previous owner's young daughter. It will be perfect for Alex. Although he'll probably want a TV/VCR, computer, microwave and refrigerator.

Ricky's Bug House

Former owner and son, Ricky, built this house to accommodate the re-building of an old VW Beetle. Hence the double doors and huge size of the building.

Inside Workshop

Ricky displays the 12-foot-wide workshop, with electricity & A/C. There's plenty of room for storage of lawn equipment and various shelves.
